A Rare Silver Traveling Hanukkah Lamp by Andrei Postnikov, Russia, Moscow, 1878
Description: A rectangular case decorated on the front with applied grapevines. The hinged lid bordered by a twisted rope design and centered by an applied lion head flanked by two Star of David. The inside divided into 8 compartments connected with hinges and retracting to form a row of oil pans. Inscribed in Hebrew. Fully marked, maker's mark.
