On the versoit is engraved: FROM THE INTERNATIONAL WAILINGWALL COMMISION TO MR. W. SHAFTARI JERUSALEMJUNE/JULY 1930. The 1930 Western Wall Commisionwas set up by Great Britain in response to the question ofthe ownership of the Kotel. Mr. Shaftari was an interpreterduring the commission. 3.2” x 3.5”.
