A Volume of the Talmud – Lemberg, 1862 – Scholarly Glosses Handwritten by Rabbi Avraham Shaag
The volume contains the tractates of Sukkah, Ta'anit and Moed katan and Mishnayot of the Shekalim tractate. Lemberg, 1862.
On the title page of the volume, the signature of Rabbi Mordechai Avraham Shaag (Zwebner). On the second title page, an older signature of Ber Zwebner of Hungary.
On the margins of the leaves, ten scholarly glosses handwritten by Rabbi Avraham Shaag (Zwebner) or his son Rabbi Yissachar ber Zwbner, whose handwriting is similar to his father's.
Condition: Good. Wear and tear. Stains. The original binding is flawed.
