To Thomas C. Lamborn Norton County Kansas, For 150 acres of land. Letters made patent by Grover Cleveland and signed for on the 14th of Jan. 1888 by M. McKean, Secretary and Robert Ross, Recorder of General Land Office. With red seal and recording page and vol. Under glass and framed. Copy of an 1895 paper in an envelope at the backside of frame and photo , perhaps of Lamborn Overall framed size 15" x 20"
