Typewritten letter on official letterhead of the Rebbe. Addressed to the administration of the Ezrat Temimim Gemilut Chassadim Company. Bnei Brak
At its opening he announces that the annual report has been received and adds by hand “on time”. He adds a few important points regarding the laws of tzedakah and the distinctions between tzedakah and lending money, and the various benefits of both. Signed by hand by the Rebbe
