В целом хорошее состояние. Списанный библиотечный экземпляр. Небольшие загрязнения переплета; края и углы сильно побиты. След от кармашка на нахзаце и свободном листе. Помета чернилами на верхней крышке. Библиотечные штампы и пометы на титульном листе и отдельных страницах.
Познавательный рассказ для детей об электричестве, об устройстве электрической лампочки. Перников Ефим Иванович (1903-1966) — советский художник-график, иллюстратор, оформитель, плакатист. Член Союза художников СССР (МОССХ). Со второй половины 1930-х годов в своём творчестве активно использовал приём фотомонтажа и элементы конструктивизма, включая и поздние детские книги 60-х годов.
