Меньшиков Владимир Михайлович (1933–1994) - Известный ленинградский художник-график, ксилограф. Член Союза художников СССР. В 1957 году окончил Ленинградское высшее художественно-промышленное училище имени В. И. Мухиной. Работал в области эстампа, иллюстрации, сотрудничал с издательствами «Художественная литература», «Художник РСФСР», «Детская литература», «Лениниздат», «Мурманское книжное издательство» и другие. Работал в творческом объединении «Боевой карандаш», исполнял сатирические плакаты на злободневные социальные и политические темы.
