Семенов Борис Федорович (1910–1990) – советский художник-график, иллюстратор, литератор. Член Ленинградской организации Союза художников РСФСР (ЛОСХ). Заслуженный деятель культуры РСФСР. Семёнов сотрудничал с журналами «Чиж», «Юный пролетарий», «Краснофлотец», «Пограничник», «Резец», «Вокруг света» и другими. В 1947–1948 годах им были сделаны иллюстрации и оформлены книги: «Записки охотника» И. С. Тургенева, «Переправа» М. А. Дудина, «Хижина дяди Тома» Г. Бичер-Стоу.
