Загрязнения, пятна от влаги на обложке, надорвана у корешка. Небольшое пятно от влаги на нижнем угле страниц, встречаются замятия. Запах.
Одно из многочисленных советских изданий «Пожара» с замечательными иллюстрациями художника, книжного графика, искусствоведа Владимира Михайловича Конашевича (1888–1963).
