Chumash Be'er Maim Chaim - First Edition, Sadilkov-Mahlov, 1820 - Very rare
Chumash Bamidbar, with Targum, Rashi's commentary and  Beer-Hayim Chaim by Rabbi Chaim commentary (Tierer) of Tchernovitz author of Siduro Shel Shabbat, Sadilkov-Mahlov, 1820. First edition of "Be'er Maim Chaim".
The manuscript of the "Be'er Maim Chaim" was sent from Eretz Yisrael to Rabbi Mordecai of Kremnitz, who writes with his consent: "When the reporters came to me ... I accepted the burden of this effort and gave them to copy and arrange ... ... R. Yaakov, the son-in-law of ... the author Zala"h, who wants ... to print them ... and all the agreements mentioned above I give him. "
Copies of the Chumash "Be'er Maim Chaim" are almost nonexistent, complete copies were not seen at auctions. Very rare.
The copy in the National Library also lacks a last page [where 180 leaves appear].
2-181 leaves [missing title page and another page before the Pentateuch. The Pentateuch itself is complete].
Fair condition. Stains and moisture stains. Creases. Minor moth damage. Worn cover.
