Ilya graduated FROM the Moscow state University of memory in 1905 in 1993.
1993-1995 lived and worked in Jerusalem, Israel.
In Moscow since 1997 he worked in various publishing houses,
designed books, worked as a designer in magazines: "Crocodile "
"Landscape design", "New Eyewitness", "Trend", "Autopilot", etc.
He constantly wrote, but since 2012 he has devoted himself entirely to painting.
