Born in 1974 in Elektrostal, Moscow region.

In 1996, he graduated from the art and graphic faculty of Moscow state University

(sculpture workshop).

In 2000, he defended his dissertation and received a PhD in

the field of theory and methods of teaching fine arts.

In 2005, he completed a creative postgraduate course at the Moscow state University.

the Studio of the people's artist of the USSR, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of ARTS, rector

Since 1996, Professor of sculpture at the Department of decorative

arts of Moscow state University.

Since 2014-head of the Department of decorative and applied arts

IPY.

Since 1996-member of the International Art Foundation (

sculpture section).

Since 2003-member of the Moscow Union of Artists (sculpture section)

Since 2003 - member of the Association of Moscow Sculptors.

Alexander Vorokhob's works are an interpretation of space as

a category. The search for a sign solved by minimal means is

Central to the artist's work. Participant of numerous exhibitions in Russia and abroad

(more than 50), including major, reporting and thematic exhibitions

Alexander Vorokhob is one of the winners of the creative competition for
