The partially printed document being a decree according to which the King of Italy grants the Italian citizenship to Yugoslavian citizen Simeone Batic. With several official contemporary ink stamps, an extremely small area of paper loss to the upper right corner, and few stains, none affecting the signatures. G £150-200
