Блинов Валентин Николаевич (р.1944). Художник-график. Член Союза художников СССР с 1967 года. В середине 1960-х годов обучался на факультете Теории и истории искусств ЛИЖСА им. И.Е. Репина. Учился печатной графике у А.А. Ушина. Овладел техникой линогравюры, литографии, шелкографии. Участник выставок с 1963 года.
