The partially printed document being a certificate, bearing the printed heading of the General Inspectors of the Miltary Health Service, stating `..His behaviour while in service, and the praised expressed by general inspector Percy, make him deserve the aproval of the request..´ further saying that he is only 23 and recommends, referring to Percy `..before all, the official opinion of the Chief-Surgeon of the Grande Armée.´ EX £150-200 Pierre-François Percy (1754-1825) French Doctor and Chief Surgeon of the Grande Armée during the Napoleonic wars.
