A medal of the "Chibat Yerushalayim - Zidkat Rabbi Meir Baal Haness" organization in the Mea Shearim neighborhood of Jerusalem.
In the front, a drawing of the tomb of Rabbi Meir Baal Haness in Tiberias and the inscription "אלקא דמאיר ענני, קבר רבי מאיר בעל הנס בטבריה".
In the back, the symbol of the organization and around it the inscription "כולל 'חבת ירושלים' לצדקת רבי מאיר בעל הנס, מטבע לשמירה והצלחה".
