בג"צ "נאמני הר הבית" בנוגע לזכות התפילה בהר - 1970
בג"צ 222/68, בו עתרו "נאמני הר הבית" נגד שר המשטרה לביטול צו על תנאי שאסר עליהם לעלות ולהתפלל בהר הבית. הצו הוצא ב-1968, בשנה שאחרי כיבוש הר הבית במלחמת ששת הימים. פסק הדין, בן 108 עמ', מצטט רבות ממקורות יהודיים כחלק מהבידת טענות העותרים ותגובת המדינה ומסופו של דבר מסיר את הצו על תנאי ומאפשר תפילה בהר הבית.
