SeferHaMered (The Revolt) by Prime Minister Menachem Begin, with a dedication signed by the author himself.
Story of the revolt against the British by the leader of Etzel, Menachem Begin. Published by Ahiasaf—Jerusalem 1950. With signature handwritten by Begin on the cover page with the addition “for a complete redemption.” In addition, there is a dedicatory letter printed in 1950, attached to the first page. Nice leather binding with a metal plaque bearing the symbol of Etzel. 514 [6] pages, with pictures. Coming apart a little in the middle. Generally very good condition. Menachem Begin (1913-1992) was the sixth Prime Minister, leader of Herut and then the Likud, a minister in Israeli governments, commander of Etzel during the British Mandate, signer of the Camp David Accords with Egypt in 1978.
