Lot of 3 invitations to weddings of descendents of the Admor Rabbi Nachman Kahane of Spinka, one of which has a long handwritten addition.
1. Invitation of Admor Rabbi Nachman Kahane of Spinka to his son’s wedding, Rahatz Rabbi Elimelech to the daughter of Rabbi Binyamin Rabinowitz—a dayan of the Charedi Eida and founder of the Mishkenot HaRo’im community. The invitation was sent to Rav Shmuel Aharon Shatzdarovitzky. On the other side is a personal invitation handwritten and signed by the Admor of Spinka. 2. Invitation to the Rav of Spinka’s daughter’s wedding, to the Admor of Melitz Ashdod, the Rahatz Rabbi Naftali Asher Yeshaya Moskowitz, grandson of the Admor Rabbi Shalom Mashatz. 3. Invitation to the Admor of Spinka’s granddaughter’s wedding (she was the daughter of his son and successor, Rav Moshe Elyakim Briya), with an additional handwritten part and signature. Rabbi Nachman Kahane of Spinka (1905-1977) was the son of the Admor Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Kahane of Spinka hy”d, son-in-law to his uncle Rabbi Yaakov Yisrael, the Admor of Solitzia. He served as rabbi of Carlsberg. After being saved from the Shoah, he served as dayan of Kloizenburg and dealt with freeing agunot. He moved to Israel, was rabi of Bnei Ram, and then moved to Bnei Brak, opened a Beit Midrash, and served as Admor of Spinka. One of the invitations has a torn corner, one has tears from staples. Stains and signs of folding. Generally good condition.
