Bronze und Eisen, gegossen, patiniert. Über dreieckigem Grund zwei Puttofiguren, eine ornamental dekorierte Kartusche rahmend, welcher ein Agnus Dei eingestellt ist und von einem Löwenkopf bekrönt ist. Darüber Volutenkartusche mit geflügelten Satyrkörpern, ein weibliches Maskaron flankierend. Aufgesetzt jeweils ein weiblicher und ein männlicher Putto. Rückwärtig als Stand eine Eisenspirale.
