Rusakov Alexander Isaakovich (1898, Oryol province - 1952, Leningrad).
Soviet painter and graphic artist, member of the Leningrad Union of Artists. Representative of the Leningrad school of painting. In the 1910s he studied at the school of E.N. Zvantseva under V.A. Serov, M.V. Dobuzhinsky, L.S. Bakst, K.S. Petrov-Vodkin. In 1924 he graduated from the Academy of Arts. Since the 1920s - participant in exhibitions. Since 1926 - member of the "Circle of Artists" association. The author's works are in the State Russian Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery, as well as in many regional museums.
