Privisional Identification Card for Civilian Internee of Mauthausen.
התעודה הונפקה במחנה עם שחרורו במאי 1945, ומעידה על כך שנושאו היה כלוא במחנה במהלך אפריל וראשית מאי 1945. נושא הכרטיס היה יוגוסלבי. התעודה קרועה ומודבקת.
בנוסף - גלויה שנשלחה אל נושא התעודה מדניאל מרגיט (Daniel Margit) במאי 1944, לעיירה טשנגר (Csenger) שבהונגריה. הגלויה כתובה גרמנית, ובצידה הקדמי חותמת שבה אזכור של יהודי הונגריה. כמו כן - אישור עבודה של מרגיט מ-7.5.45 מחברה במורביה.
