הפריט יוצא בשנות ה-50 בבית האמנות והאומנות של YAAD בירושלים.
את הסדנא הקים בצלאל שץ יחד עם אשתו לואיז שץ ואחותו זוהרה שץ ואומנים נוספים.
הקבוצה יצרה עבודות שהוצגו ונמכרו בביתן הקטן בחצר ביתם ברחוב בצאלאל.
אביהם בורים היה יוצר מתכת נודע פעיל בירושלים, מייסד האקדמיה לאומנויות - בצלאל.
סימן חותמת הסדנא נמצא בצידו התחתון של הפריט.
