Two books in the series, founded by I. L. Solonevich (3 books in total) and published by the Russian National Union of war Participants (RNSUV). The Union was founded in 1936 by the ranks of the ROVs, supporters of the idea of a "fascist monarchy" who wanted to engage in active political work. The authors are members of the RNSUV, cornet G. p. Apanasenko (Chairman of the Political Bureau) and staff captain of the Drozdov art brigade Boris Vladimirovich Tryapkin (1897-1969).
