However, the auction house does not undertake to accurately describe the items in terms of stone size, color, level of cleanliness, condition (including description of defects) and whether it has undergone treatment or painting and the buyer is responsible for inspecting the diamonds and gems before sale. For the avoidance of doubt, no option will be given to cancel the purchase of jewelry, diamonds and gems or return them after purchase, even if the description does not match the item.

2. Courier mail of Israel Post for a package of reasonable size (up to 50X50X50 cm) and up to 20 kilos at a cost of only NIS 45. (Warranty and insurance according to the terms of delivery of Israel Mail packages only! - Today the insurance stands for a maximum coverage of up to NIS 500 in case of loss/damage).
We try to get the deliveries out of the gallery within two business days at the latest. The delivery time of the items depends on the Israeli post and global post work. Each buyer who pays on delivery, will receive a detailed email with the tracking number and a link to the tracking on the mail site accordingly.

In a modern leather binding with gold embossing on the spine.. This publication was supposed to be released in four volumes, but only T. I was published, in which the autobiography of T. Herzl and his works written in the period before the First World Zionist Congress. The volume includes articles on the death of Herzl by Jabotinsky, Nordau, Usyshkin and others. The editors of the book aimed to provide not only the texts of T. Herzl’s Zionist works in a new, thorough translation, but also to highlight the significance of each work, collecting, if possible, factual material related to it and the responses it evoked in the literature of Zionism. In this regard, each work or cycle of such works is preceded by introductory articles characterizing them, the relevant factual material is collected in the notes section, and articles or speeches by other authors written or spoken about this work are given in the form of appendices.
T. Herzl outlined his program in a book he called “The Jewish State. Experience of a modern solution to the Jewish question, ” which was published in Vienna in 1896. Together with Oskar Marmorek and Max Nordau, T. Herzl organized the World Zionist Congress, held in Basel from August 26 to 29, 1897, and was elected president of the organization created at it general Jewish organization. In 1899, T. Herzl created the “Jewish Colonization Society” with the goal of purchasing land in Palestine, which was then part of the Ottoman Empire. In his works, the politician formulated a sketch of the socio-political system of the Jewish state.

Вместе с Оскаром Мармореком и Максом Нордау Т.Герцль организовал Всемирный сионистский конгресс, прошедший в Базеле с 26 по 29 августа 1897 г., и был избран президентом созданной на нем общееврейской организации.
