The lexicon compiled by Johann Bokstorf gained great popularity and was printed in repeated editions all over Europe and was the most important lexicon that exposed Hebrew and Judaism to a wider segment of Europeans.
Medium-good condition. Stains, several separated pages, cloth binding, new lining pages. The book underwent a serious and expensive restoration several years ago.
Comes from an important collection of Judaica books and lexicons.
