Responsa Shemen Rokah Ha'Hadashot Mahadura Telitai'i, by Rabbi Elazar Lev. It was published by the grandsons of the author, Krakow, 1902. All copies approved by: Rabbi Elazar Mintz, Rabbi Elazar Lev, Rabbi Ari Leivash Lipshitz, and Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Glick .
In the copy before us, there is an additional title with minor changes, and beyond the title a letter of consent from the author's grandson, Rabbi Moshe Leiv Bloch, author of Sha'ari Torat Ha'Takanot.
A rare copy includes a title page and an additional consent not recorded in the bibliographic records!
