An Italian pierced 16th century armor piercing-tip blade left hand dagger. With tapering double-edged blade of hollow diamond section with serrated edges and cut with narrow fullers on each face. The fullers on the cutting edges pierced with minute dots and slots, rectangular ricasso, pierced and fullered en suite, iron guard with short swelling quillons and small side-ring, spirally grooved grip, globular pommel.
Dimensions: L: 18 in., (46 cm.)
Condition: Very good, blade slightly rusted, grip wire is missing
